Agreement

This website is operated by Prime Depot Global Enterprises LLC ("Prime Depot", "we", "us"), a supplier of cellular PVC trim boards and sheets based in Hyde Park, Massachusetts. By using primedepotglobal.com, sending a quote request or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to request a quote or place an order. If you act for a company, you confirm that you are allowed to do so.

Products, prices and stock

• Prices are published per piece, in U.S. dollars.
• Delivery charges, volume pricing and any applicable taxes are confirmed by our team on your quote or order confirmation.
• Stock changes every day. An item shown on the site may sell out before we confirm your order.
• We work to keep every size and price correct. If a price or description is wrong, we will tell you before you are charged and you may cancel that item.

Quotes and orders

A quote request or an order sent through this site is a request to buy, not a finished sale. The estimated total you see is based on published prices.

An order becomes binding only when our team confirms stock, the final price and a delivery date with you. Nothing is charged before that confirmation. We may decline or limit an order, for example when stock is short or the delivery address is outside the area we serve.

You are responsible for the sizes, quantities and contact details you send. Check your cut list before you submit it.

Payment

No card details are collected on this website. Depending on your order, payment can be made on delivery, by invoice for approved contractor accounts, or through a secure card link sent by our team. The payment terms on your order confirmation or invoice apply.

Delivery

We deliver across Massachusetts, to your job site or lumber yard. Delivery dates shown or requested on the site are estimates until our team confirms them. Weather, traffic and site conditions can change a confirmed date, and we will tell you if they do.

Please give us an accurate address and any access instructions, and check the material when it arrives. Tell us about damage or missing pieces as soon as you can.

Returns and cancellations

Returns, cancellations and any product warranty follow the terms on your order confirmation or invoice. If you need to change or cancel an order, call (617) 380-8387 as early as possible.

Product information

Photos on this site, including the before and after examples, are illustrative. Color, finish and dimensions of the delivered material can vary slightly from what your screen shows.

Statements about the material, such as service life, water resistance and paintability, describe general characteristics of cellular PVC. They are not a guarantee of results on a specific project. Storage, cutting, fastening, painting and installation are your responsibility and should follow building codes and accepted trade practice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Send false, misleading or automated requests through our forms.
• Use the site to send spam or advertising.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the site.
• Copy the site's content for commercial use without our written permission.
